Role: Sales Operations & Process Coordinator
Location: Remote-first, Dallas, TX (occasional in-person collaboration required)
Position Type: Full time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

As our Sales Operations & Process Coordinator, you'll be the "back-office technical quarterback" for our sales process. This is a crucial junior to intermediate role in a fast-paced startup environment, focused heavily on output and independent work. Your mission is to manage all operational and coordination tasks, directly enabling the sales team and founders to concentrate exclusively on selling and closing deals. You thrive on building and refining processes from the ground up, embracing constant change and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Triage & Coordination: Manage the daily flow of sales activities, including planning for next-day meetings, coordinating calendars, and ensuring all follow-up actions are tracked effectively.
  • CRM & Automation Ownership (HubSpot): Own the sales data in HubSpot, ensuring hygiene and accuracy. Manage and optimize automated email sequences for sales follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct proactive email and phone follow-ups with customers; comfortable calling and talking to customers.
  • Sales Process Documentation: Work directly with the CEO to document and refine the sales pitch and process, systematizing it for a repeatable sales model.
  • Light Marketing Support: Assist the sales team with light marketing tasks that support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Junior to intermediate experience in sales operations, sales admin, or a highly organized support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with software and systems; adept at learning new tools quickly (not a developer).
  • Extremely organized and capable of managing complex coordination and data.
  • Demonstrated tenacity and curiosity to help refine and build processes from the ground up.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly preferred) and an understanding of email automation.
  • Comfortable talking to customers and making outbound calls for follow-up and engagement.
  • Proven strategies applying AI tools to streamline tasks, analyze data, and significantly improve operational workflows or output.
  • High motivation to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a growing team.
